Step 1: Initial consultation

When on of our experts shows up for an appointment at your home, they:

• Inspect your existing units

• Take pictures and rough measurements

Step 2: Proposal

After the initial consultation and rough measurements, Bozeman Window will send you a proposal and estimate.

• With seemingly infinite options for windows out there, we help narrow the options down to suit your home’s aesthetic and design. We focus on your project, not high-pressure sales.
  

Step 3: Final design

Once the proposal is approved, we finalize pricing and design and send you a firm quote for final approval and a deposit. We return to your home for final “critical measurements,” and order the windows.

Step 4: Delivery

Windows are delivered either to your home or to our facility. Once the units are delivered, your project goes onto our installer schedule.

Step 5: Install

Our installers show up and begin replacing windows! We take precautions to protect your property inside and out and we aim for a high-level of communication and respect for your space. Our installers handle the windows and exterior, and our expert trim carpenters take care of the interior trim and cleanup. We handle all disposal, garbage, and mess.

Step 6: Wrap-up

After the job is complete, your project manager will do a walk-through and make sure the job is done to our high standards.

Step 7: Support

Should any problems arise with the quality of the install or the manufacturing, our priority is to make it right as quickly and conveniently as possible. As a locally owned and operated business, it’s our business to take care of our customers - our neighbors.
